PPC Specialist

Do you know the meaning behind terms like PPC, CPM, or CTR? Would you like to manage Surfshark's paid search channels and implement leading paid marketing strategies? Then you could be an excellent fit for our PPC team! They do everything ad-related: from analyzing competitor activities to developing and testing acquisitions for paid channels. They test ad copies and level up our conversion rates. They earn money by spending it, and now they are looking for someone to join their forces!

If you want to:

• Manage company’s paid search and other paid marketing channels;
• Analyze competitor activities to measure their impact on the company’s tactics continuously;
• Develop and test acquisition strategies for various paid channels (Display, Programmatic, etc.);
• Drive A/B testing activities for ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates;
• Perform data analysis based on business goals to identify growth/optimization opportunities;
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns;
• Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into Surfshark’s campaigns.

And you can check off:

• At least 2+ years of experience in managing paid search acquisition campaigns;
• Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);
• Excellent analytical thinking, ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments;
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns;
• Are familiar with SEO and CRO best practices;
• Have intermediate to advanced skills in Google Tag Manager and web tracking.
