Daily tasks:

• Document Posting: Entering invoices, bills, and other accounting documents into the system.
• Verification of Financial Data: Checking the accuracy of financial data, bills, and invoices.
• Assistance in Preparing Financial Reports: Participating in the creation of financial reports and statements.
• Tax and Other Obligation Settlements: Assisting in calculating and settling taxes and ZUS contributions.
• Support in Month-End and Year-End Closing: Participating in the process of closing the accounting books at the end of the month and year.
• Document Archiving: Storing and organizing accounting documentation.
• Communication with Clients and Offices: Assisting in client service and communication with institutions such as the Tax Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in account/finance is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial/accounting field.
• Knowledge Polish tax law & regulation.
• Excellent in account software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent skills in Polish and English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders.
