It covers the accounting for goods and services ordered by HEINEKEN, supports customers in their journey from placing an order to ultimate payment, and covers the scope of financial accounting and reporting, managerial accounting, planning, financial controlling and cost allocation. Our Operational Excellence supporting Finance Operation in its improvement journey, is in charge of service management focusing on relationship management, performance management and improvement management.
