Transaction Monitoring, CDD, ComplianceWe are an integral part of implementing our Global Compliance strategy. We deliver for (and with) ING specialist expertise in the second line, Compliance, with a focus on financial crime prevention (FCC) and Conduct Compliance & Culture (CC&C). Our goal is to get to know the bank’s clients and their behaviours as well as to protect them from economic crime and using bank for money laundering. We differ Post Transaction Monitoring that monitors suspicious transactions, and Customer Due Diligence that provides analysis of a client’s situation.
