Diversity & InclusionOur commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is an important part of our corporate strategy. LSDCW DEI Team comprises of 10% of our employees. They are volunteers that are representing different functions and working together to promote knowledge about DEI and implement actions and initiatives ensuring diverse and safe environment where people can bring their whole self to work.
LinksAcademyOur commitment to Social Responsibility programmes is being achieved for example by regular cooperation with Good Initiatives Foundation (Fundacja Dobrych Inicjatyw) which runs an innovative programme called the Academy of Good Initiatives - with which we created a programme called LinksAcademy aiming at discovering and developing interests, passions and talents of children from foster care houses.
Corporate ResponsibilityOur initiatives include also providing aid to senior citizens, and here we can mention "Business Goes Green" - tree planting action initiated by a local Senior Foundation (Fundacja Emeryt). During the event, we planted three four-meter crab apple trees, characterised by dark purple leaves and pink flowers that will bloom in spring. The initiative attracted local residents, bringing people together and providing space for relaxing and making new acquaintances.
