Customer Service Representative with German

Our customer is the leader in providing modern business solutions. We're looking for candidates who are fluent in German and would like to take first steps in Customer Service area! You will be responsible for managing requests for German-speaking clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Project information:

• Type of project: Customer Service

• Location: Kraków; hybrid work model

• Working hours: Mon-Fr (8 hours per day - standard business hours)

• Languages: German & English

• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

• Salary range: 7100 PLN gross + additional bonuses for languages

Responsibilities:

• Managing ongoing queries from German-speaking customers (phone calls, emails and web channels)

• Advising customers on travel products

• Supporting customer with the reservation and adjustment of flight bookings

• Recommending products and helping customer using the official website

• Ensuring the high level of customer satisfaction

• Providing after sales support

• Cooperating with other team members

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German & English (at least B2 level)

• High communication skills and customer-focus attitude

• Ability to work in team and individually

• Willingness to develop
