International Trade, B2B Sales
Key Responsibilities
General Trading & Sales: Identify new business opportunities and sell various products (sourced from Korea/Asia) to the Polish and CEE markets.
Tender Management (Bidding):
Monitor public and private tenders in Poland and neighboring countries.
Manage the entire bidding process, including documentation, pricing strategy, and compliance with tender specifications.
Import/Export Operations:
Handle logistics coordination, forwarding, and customs clearance procedures.
Manage shipping documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers in Asia and customers in Europe to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new profitable items or industries for trading.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in International Trade, B2B Sales
Core Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade regulations.
Proven experience in preparing and submitting commercial bids/tenders (Public Procurement experience is a strong plus).
Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Economics, or a related field.
Language Skills:
Polish: Native level.
English: Business Professional (Fluent) is mandatory for HQ communication and contracts.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, high adaptability to different product categories, and strong negotiation skills.

Experience working at a General Trading Company or Logistics firm.
Experience working with Korean companies or understanding of Korean business culture.
Familiarity with the Polish Public Procurement Law (Pzp).
