WHAT YOU'LL DO:

🎯 75% - Lead Discovery & Client Analysis (Your Main Focus!): 

• Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads from global markets 

• Understand client business objectives, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes 

• Qualify and categorize leads in Salesforce based on potential and fit 

• Prepare detailed client briefings for sales team handover 

• Maintain ongoing communication and coordinate next steps 

• Build rapport with international clients (US, UK, Europe)

⚡ 25% - Sales Operations & Strategy Support: 

• Support CEO in HR Tech market exploration and go-to-market strategy 

• Research prospects and prepare meeting materials 

• Draft initial sales proposals and commercial documents 

• Create sales enablement materials (case studies, one-pagers) 

• Cross-department communication coordination

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

Must-have: 

• 1-2 years experience in inbound sales, lead qualification, or client-facing roles 

• Excellent Polish & English - direct communication with international clients

 • Salesforce or similar CRM experience (advanced user)

 • AI productivity tools (GPT, Claude, or Cursor) - hands-on experience 

• Natural curiosity about business challenges and client needs 

• Tech-savvy with popular productivity applications

• Excited about sales conversations - you enjoy discovery and relationship building 

• Fast learner - quickly understand clients, organization, and strategy

• Social fluency - easily build rapport with diverse clients


Nice-to-have: 

• Previous experience in IT company (SaaS, software house or consulting) 

• Familiarity with sales tools (lemlist, apollo, mixmax etc.) 

• Experience working with US/UK clients
