Role Description


We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our remote team full-time. In this role, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by:

  • Cold calling and actively reaching out to potential clients

  • Generating and qualifying leads for high-growth opportunities

  • Conducting market research to refine our approach

  • Delivering persuasive presentations to key decision-makers

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies

Qualifications


  • Fluency in German (Język niemiecki) (C2/bilingual) is required

  • Proven experience with cold calling, lead generation, and sales outreach – or a strong willingness to learn

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting

  • Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in German, Business, Marketing, or a related field
