Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our remote team full-time. In this role, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by:
Cold calling and actively reaching out to potential clients
Generating and qualifying leads for high-growth opportunities
Conducting market research to refine our approach
Delivering persuasive presentations to key decision-makers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies

Qualifications
Fluency in German (C2/bilingual) is required
Proven experience with cold calling, lead generation, and sales outreach – or a strong willingness to learn
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in German, Business, Marketing, or a related field
