Responsibilities:
Monitor project needs and consult on talent assignments to meet design and business requirements.
Collaborate with the Sales team to provide suitable profiles for upcoming opportunities.
Co-create and execute the recruitment strategy, managing processes aligned with defined goals and guidelines.
Establish and coordinate partnerships with outsourcing agencies, job boards, and other collaborators to support recruitment objectives.
Monitor and report on talent pool status, including occupancy forecasts and surpluses.
Analyze competitors' actions in employer branding and candidate attraction.
Report on recruitment activities, campaigns, and process progress.
Support salary benchmarking using recruitment and market data.
Maintain effective communication with Delivery and Sales teams to meet client needs.
Ensure data accuracy and control in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
Engage external talent (subcontractors) when internal resources are insufficient.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for tracking candidate pipelines
Strong multiple stakeholders management: ability to collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and external partners
Familiarity with subcontractor/vendor management and outsourcing partnerships
Experience with Traffit or other ATS/CRM platforms
Experience with various job boards, being up to date with changes in the offers
Proven track record in executing end-to-end recruitment strategies
Ability to forecast resource needs and maintain accurate talent-pool (hot pipeline of candidates, tracking their progress)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize diverse data sources
Experience conducting salary benchmarking and market analyses
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (B2/C1 or higher)
Highly organized with process coordination skills
Adaptable to rapid changes and comfortable with ambiguity
Proactive problem solver with a “big-picture” perspective
Ability to communicate clearly, openly, and often – you’re not afraid to repeat key messages or overcommunicate when needed, because you know clarity prevents confusion.
Thinking ‘outside the box’ – you challenge conventional ways of doing things and bring fresh, creative solutions to everyday challenges
Experience with employer-branding campaigns and candidate-attraction initiatives (nice to have)
A monthly salary of 10 000 – 16 000 PLN net + VAT on a B2B contract. (If another form of collaboration works better for you — we're open to consider)
