Who are we?

We’re a fast-growing 3D printing startup based in Prague, on a mission to change the game in sports awards. Our medals and trophies are made from 100% recycled ocean plastic – and they’re already making waves across Europe.

Our main clients are marathon organizers, event agencies, and sports federations. Now, we’re ready to grow even bigger.


Who are we looking for?

We're searching for a young, ambitious, and hungry salesperson ready to take charge of the Polish market.Someone who lives for results, loves sustainability, and wants to be part of a bold, future-driven project.

If you’re excited by the idea of selling a product that’s both beautiful and meaningful, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.


What will you actually be doing?

  • Hunting for new business – you'll actively search for new customers, partners, and opportunities to sell our unique sports medals

  • Making the first move – cold calls, business meetings, product presentations... you'll take the lead and close the deal

  • Tailoring smart solutions – you'll listen to client needs and offer custom-made solutions that truly fit

  • Handling the process like a pro – from offers to orders to invoices, you'll keep it smooth and efficient

  • Caring for our clients – you’ll not only win new customers, but also build strong, long-term relationships with existing ones

This is not a passive role – it’s for someone who loves the thrill of the chase, the power of persuasion, and the satisfaction of helping customers find exactly what they need.


Our ideal candidate is:

  • An extrovert – you enjoy talking to people and can build rapport in seconds

  • A natural-born closer – you live for the thrill of sealing the deal

  • Hungry and ambitious – you don’t just want a job, you want to win

  • Highly motivated – driven from within, not needing someone to push you

  • Stress-resistant – you stay cool, focused, and sharp under pressure

  • Fluent in English (at least B1 level) – you can handle conversations and present yourself clearly

  • Have experience in sales or negotiations
