About us:

4mats Agregacja is 20-year-old group of companies, specializing in mobile marketing for consumers, currently 25 person strong. As the media mix consumed by consumers changes, so do we. With Wygrywando (W) we're creating the ultimate platform to help Influencers become effective marketers and both monetize and grow their user base. A subscription-based platform that encourages loyalty, offers online purchases and a variety of marketing activities, including prize draws. We expect W to grow at least 10x in the coming 3 years.

Who are we looking for? 

We're looking for a Product Owner who: 

- shows ownership and initiative - this will be your business to run

- refines the strategic vision and manages the execution of the W platform

- is accountable for W's PnL

- is the link between the business, the technical team and the creators 

- knows data and analytics

- uses numbers to make product and budget decisions

- has demonstrated ability to manage teams, especially in matrix organizations

Your tasks: 

- manage a team and grow it as required

- interface with development, finance, legal and design teams

- report directly to the CEO

- refine the W vision, define the future roadmap

- understand influencer needs and opportunities for influencers and W

- continuously optimize the existing platform and marketing activities

- ensure the technical platform can support W's business needs

- manage direct reports and relationships with other teams

  Requirements:

- Bachelors degree, ideally in an engineering field to help support the product management aspects of the role

- MBA degree desired

- proven ability to manage teams, projects and budgets

- strong analytical skills with a track record of data

-driven optimization

- 5 or more years of experience in project / PnL / business management
