As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding 7N’s presence in Poland and internationally. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Poland, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales of our IT services, especially IT contracting and managed services.

Proactively acquire new clients in both Polish and international markets, identifying and pursuing business opportunities through various sales channels.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.

Develop and execute a structured sales strategy, maintaining an active sales pipeline to drive business growth.

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.

Work closely with 7N internal teams to align client requirements with available IT consultants.

Ensure client satisfaction, addressing any challenges related to consultants or project delivery.

Monitor and report on sales performance, keeping track of sales administration tasks, sales pipelines, and market trends.

Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, helping to shape the company’s growth strategy.

Promote 7N’s service offerings through various sales channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT contracting or other services.

Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.

Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for networking and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Understanding of the IT sector and outsourcing models, with the ability to match client needs with IT consulting solutions.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
