Opis stanowiska

Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding 7N’s presence in Poland and internationally. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Poland, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales of our IT services, especially IT contracting and managed services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new clients in both Polish and international markets, identifying and pursuing business opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales strategy, maintaining an active sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with 7N internal teams to align client requirements with available IT consultants.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, addressing any challenges related to consultants or project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, keeping track of sales administration tasks, sales pipelines, and market trends.
  • Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, helping to shape the company’s growth strategy.
  • Promote 7N’s service offerings through various sales channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.


Whom We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT contracting or other services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for networking and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Understanding of the IT sector and outsourcing models, with the ability to match client needs with IT consulting solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of crafting and executing business development plans.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
