HR Manager / Specjalista ds. kadr
The international holding Abris Design Group, due to active development and team expansion, invites Specjalista ds. kadr to cooperate.
Location: Poland (Poznan).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-scope personnel administration in compliance with Polish labour law
Maintain and update employee documentation (personnel files, contracts, amendments, records)
Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting to relevant institutions (including ZUS)
Cooperate with external authorities (ZUS, tax office, labour inspectorate, etc.)
Advise management on labour law matters and day-to-day HR compliance issues
Support onboarding and administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Facilitate effective communication between employees and management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Polish labour law
Proven experience in personnel administration (kadry)
Hands-on experience with statutory filings and HR documentation (including ZUS reporting)
High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to balance employee needs with business priorities
Professional proficiency in Polish and good command of English
