INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

• Administrative support of the HR processes including preparing documents, updating data in various HR tools, drawing up reports.
• Supporting employees during the whole employment cycle
• Supporting HR Specialists in daily activities
• Contacting and responding to the employee’s requests

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Oral and written in Polish and English, you’ll be a part of international team
• Availability approximately 30 hours/ week from Warsaw
• Good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Good organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to details
• People focus and good communication skills
