THE WORK

Please note: This is a fixed-term contract of employment until August 2026.

  • Responsible for timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients (B2B clients, mainly email communication)
  • Forecasting (cash, risks, opportunities, past due level)
  • Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments
  • Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection
  • Helping in resolution of disputes

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Fluent German and English, B2 level required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic MS Office Excel skills
  • Experience in customer service, complaints solving, and cash collecting would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Oracle is nice to have
  • Ability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode (office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw)
