Finance and Accounting Specialist

This position is a maternity cover offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger areas.

• Knowledge of Polish accounting principles.

• Experience/familiarity with the finance area of European countries is a plus.

• Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem-solving orientation.

• Good analytical skills.

• Strong attention to details.

• Ability to gather, analyse and establish key patterns and deviations in data.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination of Accounting payable process (collection of invoices, information for employee on B2B contract).

• Reconciliation of bank account.

• Fixed asset analysis.

• Analysis of current balance of bank account.

• Preliminary analysis of accrual process
