The Work: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor. You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments. The decisions that you make would impact your own work. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

• Performing identity verification documents check, and research on a range of customer types with different structures in all jurisdictions.

• Reviewing publicly available sources for information pertaining to customer due diligence.

• Maintaining delivery of a high quality service level to clients and ensuring any queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate.

• Investigating cultural EU nuances regarding documents provided by the customers.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Written and spoken fluency in English (min. B2) and Greek language (min. B1 level is required).

• Degree qualified in Business/Finance related area.

• Basic computer literacy is a must.

• Attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset is a plus.

• Work mode:

• Location: Krakow
