Acclaim is a cozy team of about 15 people focused on building highly optimized, conversion-driven websites using Framer, Webflow, WordPress, and AI-powered tools. We are a group of passionate builders who genuinely care about quality and results.

We mainly collaborate with Startups, Software Houses, Agencies, and tech-driven businesses from around the world. Most of our clients are based in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Right now, we are building our Design Department from the ground up, and we’re looking for our very first Framer Web Designer.

This is not just another design role.

You will have real ownership and freedom to shape how the Web Design department works. You’ll define standards, introduce trends, and build foundations that future designers will follow. If you’ve ever wanted to co-create a design culture instead of just fitting into one, this is your moment.

AS A PRODUCT DESIGNER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

✅ Designing and building visually compelling Framer templates that we’ll sell on marketplaces for small and medium businesses. This part gives you a lot of creative freedom in terms of visuals, structure, and storytelling.

✅ Designing high-quality websites and web apps in Figma for internal products and external clients.

✅ Integrating motion and interaction design into web projects using tools such as Figma, Framer, Jitter, and Spline.

✅ Supporting copy direction when needed, ensuring that design and content work together seamlessly to create a strong conversion-focused experience.

✅ Improving and creating design processes – we value proactivity, feedback, and smart optimization of workflows.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

✅ Native Polish speaker

✅ Communicative English at B2 level or higher 🇺🇸🇬🇧 (Netflix with no subtitles)

✅ Truly Figma-native and open to learning new tools

✅ Strong Framer skills – with a portfolio to prove it

✅ Excited about motion design, 3D elements, and advanced interactions

✅ Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards

✅ Strong practical knowledge of UX principles and design methodology, combined with solid UI skills and understanding of responsive standards and front-end limitations

✅ Confidence in client communication and full ownership of product design – from concept to final visual output

✅ Ability to clearly present and defend your ideas

✅ Availability for occasional evening calls with US clients

✅ Self-driven, organized, proactive, and continuously improving your craft

HOW DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORK? 

Once we review your CV, and we like what we see, you expect the following to happen: 

Step 1: You’ll receive an email from Kinga, our Head of HR, with a short form to complete.

Step 2: We’ll ask you to record a short video answering a few questions.

Step 3: You’ll receive a small design task – creating three sections of a landing page in Figma.

Step 4: We’ll meet face-to-face via video call. We want to get to know you better. After that, we’ll come back to you with either detailed feedback or a job offer.

Step 5: A short final conversation to align on the terms of our cooperation.
