Junior Business Development Specialist
Acclaim is a cozy crew of about 15 folks who are all about crafting super optimized, conversion-focused websites using Webflow, WordPress, and AI tools. We're a bunch of passionate people getting it done!
WHO WE ARE:
Since the beginning 2014 we work in a no-office model. Each member of our team works 100% remotely from a convenient place in Poland. The most common recipients of our services are Startups, Software Houses, Agencies and other customers from all over the world. Most of our customers are based in the US, UK, Canada, Australia. AS A JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
✅ Qualify and respond to inbound leads (website, Upwork, Meta Ads)
✅ Establish contacts and build relationships (social selling and managing cold outreach)
✅ Creating the proposals and initial tech analysis with the help of our development team
✅ Supporting and evaluating the best implementation of the sales process and working on the best practices
✅ Sale of our services that are based on creating websites using Webflow, WordPress or AI tools. Also, selling UX & UI web design, SEO services and AI automations.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
✅ Native Polish speaker
✅ Communicational & competent grasp of English Language - at least C1 (Netflix with no subtitles)
✅ Experience in B2B consulting sales as well as active prospecting.
✅ Open to build and continue relationships with our clients
✅ Have analytical skills to generate and track sales reports
✅ Up-to-date with the latest growth hacking and tech trends
✅ Ready to work on evenings (EU-wise) for calls with our American clients (ET/PT)
✅ Experience in working with CRM
✅ Experience in selling IT projects (you understand what the programming process looks like – specifically for internet websites / web applications)
✅ Self-reliance and an ability to organize and prioritize your work with efficiency in mind and an ability to support others in such areas
NICE TO HAVE:

👉🏻 Experience in selling and building relationships on Upwork
👉🏻 Knowledge of tools such as Hubspot CRM, Semrush, Apollo, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, Hotjar, Google Analytics

HOW DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORK?
Once we review your CV, and we like what we see, you expect the following to happen:
Step 1: You will receive an email with a form to fill out from Kinga, our Head of HR. After that form is filled out and sent back, we will reach out to you with a video message.
Step 2: In this video message, we will ask you a few questions. Furthermore, we will request that you record a video of yourself answering the questions to send back to us.
Step 3: You will meet face to face via video chat – we want to get to know you better. After we will reach out to you either with feedback or a job offer.
Step 4: Lastly, you will participate in a quick conversation to finalize the terms of our co-operation.
