Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to manage full sales cycles, focusing on outbound prospecting and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a proactive cold caller with a proven track record of closing deals within the $2K–$10K ACV range. You will work closely with potential clients, leveraging your expertise to expand Floori’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Cold Outreach & Networking: Proactively engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  2. Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and existing customers weekly to build and strengthen relationships.
  3. Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  4. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and proper handoffs post-sale.
  5. Sales Strategy Execution: Contribute to and follow outreach strategies that drive conversions, align with campaign goals, and support business growth.
  6. Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support company growth.


What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle sales and experience in software as-a-service is a required.
  2. Excellent English verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German and French is a strong plus.
  3. Sales Expertise: A strong background in B2B Saas Outbound Sales, with proven success closing deals.
  4. Skills: Excellent cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  5. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  6. Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
  7. Open to occasional travel for team meetups, client visits, or industry events as needed.
  8. Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to different time zones
