Work with more than 200 creative experts from over 15 countries located in Kraków, Amsterdam, Odesa, Bangkok, and Zürich. What you will do:

  • Use your knowledge, experience, and strategic tools to research and analyze the market, competitors, and trends
  • Formulate recommendations on target audience profiles and personas, value propositions, brand and campaign strategic concepts, communication strategies, brand strategies, and brand architecture
  • Conduct research, workshops, and interviews to gather valuable insights
  • Actively participate in briefing and debriefing sessions, including offer preparations
  • Guide clients and project team members effectively toward the best solutions, creative decision-making, and leadership
  • Help create compelling proposals for large-scope briefs and pitches



We look forward to working together if:

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in research, strategy formulation or branding within agencies or marketing teams, supported by case studies, B2B experience would be an additional asset
  • You’re comfortable using research and analysis tools and can turn data into useful, actionable insights
  • You are organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks while keeping deadlines in mind
  • You enjoy learning about new trends and thinking ahead
  • You have a basic understanding of business goals and know what makes a strategy work
  • You’re a confident communicator with a natural sense for storytelling
  • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you value clear communication
  • You’re solution-oriented and not afraid of challenges or asking questions
  • You’ve worked with (or would love to work with) international brands and cross-industry projects, even if as part of a supporting role
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
