What you will do:
Develop and execute the Sales growth and go-to-market strategy, with a strong focus on new client acquisition, team capabilities, and scalable sales structures and processes
Lead the development of sales competencies, ensuring high performance across the team
Plan, manage, and monitor the Growth team’s budget and its effective utilization
Define, track, and maintain key Sales KPIs and performance metrics
Set and monitor quantitative and qualitative sales targets
Build, develop, and scale the introducer and partner network
Plan and oversee headcount and hiring strategy for the Growth team
Implement initiatives aligned with client expectations and company leadership goals
Identify, propose, and execute new growth opportunities
Actively engage in new business acquisition and key client relationships
Strategically diversify Admind’s client portfolio
Maximize team efficiency and performance, unlocking the full potential of the Sales organization
Drive and support the overall business development of Admind
We look forward to working together if:
You have proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales/ Growth, Sales Director, or similar)
You have strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
You have the experience in building, scaling, and optimizing sales teams and processes
You have strong analytical skills and experience working with budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
You have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
You have experience working with international, corporate clients
You are fluent in spoken and written English (C1 minimum)
Even better if:
You worked in the creative environment in the past
You have the experience of managing marketing team or some marketing background
