What you will do:

  • Create and plan digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients, including recommending the most effective channels, touchpoints and formats (with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads)

  • Research customer behaviors and preferred digital channels.

  • Translate brand and marketing strategy into clear digital campaign plans and actionable marketing activities

  • Develop recommendations for lead generation initiatives, including lead magnets and content-driven campaigns

  • Collaborate with brand management and business teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and B2B communication objectives

  • Identify key channels and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization

  • Define campaign KPIs and success metrics aligned with marketing and business goals

  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to implement and optimize campaign strategies across multiple projects

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations, including emerging applications of AI in marketing

We look forward to working together if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or performance marketing

  • You have a strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand positioning

  • You have strong analytical thinking, content strategy, and proficiency in digital advertising platforms.

  • You know how to translate high-level marketing strategies into effective digital campaigns

  • You have experience designing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels (especially LinkedIn)

  • You are comfortable working with data and campaign performance metrics

  • You are able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations

  • You communicate clearly and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders

  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)

    Even better if:

    • You have experience working with global brands or external marketing agencies

    • You are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, DV360 or The Trade Desk

    • You have experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs

    • You are interested in new technologies and AI applications in digital marketing
