Web & Campaign Manager

What you will do:

• Lead a comprehensive redesign and SEO enhancement to boost user experience and search rankings
• Manage website architecture
• Track, analyze, and optimize website metrics
• Plan, execute, optimize and summarize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing web traffic
• Test landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates, make data-driven recommendations for website improvements
• Create and execute a strategic plan for on-site and external content that aligns with SEO goals
• Utilize advanced SEO techniques and analytics tools to track performance and optimize engagement
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaborations to gather essential information for accurate and effective content creation

We look forward to working together if:

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with substantial focus on content management, SEO, and website operations
• You have experience of working in WordPress
• You are experienced in Google Analytics, Google Ads and other digital marketing tools
• You have the expertise in implementing and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and rankings
• You are proficient in creating engaging, SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms
• You have the ability to use analytics tools to measure website traffic, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness
• You have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• You have the flexibility to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape
• You have excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with other experts and external partners
• You have very command in English (B2), and proficiency in Polish (C1)

Event better if:

• You have some coding knowledge: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• You have some experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) 
• You know French or German on a good level
