Our JUMP Program (Trainee Program) starting in September 2026 offers ambitious graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various functions within the international medical industry.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a medical-related field, recently graduated within 1 – 2 years.

• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Polish. 

• Willingness to relocate for an assignment within Eastern Europe and later for further international career opportunities.

• Strong communication skills, striving to learn, analytical mindset and interest in sales and international business development​.

• Proactive, with a team player attitude and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Employment conditions:

• full-time contract for a fixed period (18 or 24 months)

• flexible working hours

• the position requires travel across Poland
