The Role
We are hiring a HubSpot CRM Specialist to own HubSpot end-to-end across Marketing Hub Enterprise, Data Hub, Sales Hub Professional, Service Hub Professional, and Content Hub Professional.This is a hands-on build role, not a coordinator role. You will be the internal authority on how HubSpot is architected, governed, and used across marketing, sales, and service to support a high-trust HNW customer journey.
You will work extremely closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, who drives demand generation and channel execution. You build the lifecycle, automation, data model, attribution logic, and reporting foundation so marketing scales and sales conversion improves.

What You’ll Own
HubSpot architecture, configuration, and governance across all hubs
Lifecycle stages, lead management, pipelines, service workflows, and data quality
Automation, attribution support, reporting frameworks, and user adoption
Internal enablement so teams use HubSpot correctly and consistently
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Configuration & Governance
Define lifecycle stages, lead statuses, pipelines, and service ticket workflows
Design properties, custom objects (where appropriate), and naming conventions
Manage imports, deduplication strategy, data hygiene, and integrity checks
Implement role-based access controls and audit-ready practices
Lifecycle Automation & Revenue Operations
Build workflows for capture, enrichment, routing, nurturing, reactivation, and recycling
Implement lead scoring aligned with long HNW decision cycles
Create sequences and task queues for sales follow-up and service handoffs
Support long attribution windows and assisted conversion analysis
Marketing Operations Support
Configure forms, progressive profiling, submission logic, and consent capture
Build segmented lists, suppression logic, and consent-based communications
Translate campaign strategy into lifecycle execution with the Digital Marketing Manager
Reporting & Insight
Build dashboards for MQL, SQL, pipeline, conversion, velocity, and attribution
Standardise UTM governance and source tracking
Produce weekly and monthly insights with actionable recommendations
Content Operations Support
Support Content Hub usage for scalable publishing workflows
Maintain conversion paths, CTAs, and lifecycle-aligned content logic
Compliance, Trust & Enablement
Ensure GDPR-compliant consent, lawful basis documentation, and retention logic
Maintain audit-ready practices suitable for regulated environments
Onboard users, maintain documentation, and act as the internal HubSpot reference

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IS, or related field
3–7 years in CRM, marketing ops, revenue ops, or lifecycle marketing
Proven hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce/Dynamics acceptable)
Fluent English
Strong attention to detail and comfort owning outcomes in a boutique firm
Compensation & Growth
Base salary: EUR 34,000–51,000 per year, dependent on experience
One-way flight to Malta covered
Relocation support during onboarding
Contract: Full-time employment or equivalent arrangement
Clear growth path toward broader Revenue Operations ownership
Time and support to complete HubSpot certifications during onboarding
