About AI ChamberAI Chamber is a business chamber focused on developing the artificial intelligence ecosystem in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). We operate at the intersection of AI, business, public policy, and innovation, supporting companies and public institutions in the responsible adoption of AI technologies. Our mission is to build a strong AI ecosystem in the CEE region by connecting stakeholders, contributing to policy discussions, and supporting organizations through memberships, partnerships, and practical initiatives.

The roleWe are currently looking for an energetic and proactive Membership Sales Executive who will focus on actively acquiring new members and expanding AI Chamber’s network across Poland and the CEE region.

The role is highly hands‑on, centered on proactive sales activities and achieving strong, measurable performance outcomes. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with direct outreach, cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting, and approaching potential members during events and networking meetings. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, is confident in conversations, and is motivated by results.


Key responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring new AI Chamber members through outbound sales activities,

  • Taking full accountability for results at every stage of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing,

  • Implementing retention strategies to strengthen long‑term relationships with existing members,

  • Prospecting and approaching potential members via LinkedIn, phone, email, and in-person networking,

  • Managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and closing,

  • Presenting membership offers and clearly communicating their value,

  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects throughout the sales process,

  • Supporting lead generation during domestic and international events,

  • Working closely with the internal team on membership initiatives and campaigns,

  • Maintaining CRM data and tracking sales activity.


Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (B2B preferred),

  • Confidence in cold outreach and direct communication with potential clients,

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,

  • High level of energy, proactivity, and persistence,

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline,

  • Very good written and spoken English,

  • Interest in AI, technology, innovation, or public policy is a plus.
