What we do?


Aion Bank is a fully regulated European bank and credit institution that combines Vodeno’s proprietary, private blockchain-based platform with its ECB banking license, balance sheet and regulatory and compliance expertise to offer a comprehensive suite of embedded banking products.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner ready to join us really quickly for an intense three months adventure. We promise there will be no boring day with us and a lot of opportunities to have fun together.


What you will be doing?


  • Ensure the end-to-end recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through the recruitment process by ensuring timely feedback, communication, and coordination of interviews
  • Work hand in hand with the rest of Talent Acquisition team and other members of the HR team to ensure smooth offer acceptance and onboarding process of successful candidates
  • Keep our recruiting system up to date to make sure all candidate data and status of their assessment is accurate 
  • Participate in all team activities aimed at bringing the best experience to candidates and the bright, talented new colleagues to our company


Skills you should have


  • 5+ extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on the banking sector - this is a must
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
  • Drive for delivering results and ensuring the best candidate experience 
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced place
  • You will join a team of colleagues who care for each other. We welcome applications from candidates who like working as part of a team
  • Polish and English languages are a must

We are flexible with your work location: this can be your home or office, depending on what you like and what works for you.

You will work on Apple MacBook - a computer equipment that delivers the best user experience. 

If you feel like working from the office, we have beautiful space available for you in Warsaw. The office is very nicely located with convenient commute options by public transport and by bike and offers healthy snacks throughout the day.
