We are currently looking for a Onboarding Process Specialist eady to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
As an Onboarding Process Specialist, you'll be a pivotal player in designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive onboarding processes for our corporate clients, business partners, or new internal initiatives. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience that supports business objectives and stakeholder satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Onboarding Process Documenting, and continuously managing the full lifecycle of onboarding processes, from initiation to full integration or activation.
Analysis & Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and automation opportunities within existing onboarding processes, then proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborating closely with various departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, IT, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure process consistency, efficiency, and timely task execution.
Documentation & Compliance Management: Creating, updating, and overseeing the completeness and accuracy of all process and regulatory documentation related to onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Monitoring & Reporting: Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding processes, monitoring their execution, and preparing regular reports for management.
Operational Query Resolution: Supporting and resolving operational queries from internal and external teams regarding the status of onboarding processes.
Training & Support: Preparing training materials and conducting sessions for teams involved in onboarding processes, ensuring their full understanding and effective application of procedures.
Skills you should have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process management, operations, or onboarding role within a corporate, financial, or service-oriented sector.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proven analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and responsible approach to assigned tasks.
Fluency in Polish and English (B2+)
