We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the charge in delivering our innovative HR corporate solutions for travelers to global organizations. In this role, you will work closely with HR teams of multinational corporations to introduce and implement our services, ensuring a seamless travel experience for their employees while driving value for their organizations.


Locations: Kraków or Warsaw

Working model: Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)


What you’ll do:

  • Showcase the benefits of AirHelp+ to HR teams, highlighting its role in protecting employees from travel disruptions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HR professionals in multinational corporations.
  • Establish sales targets and implement effective strategies to achieve them consistently.
  • Develop and finalize client contracts, including pricing details and specific terms and conditions, to ensure both the profitability of each deal and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client support.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust the value proposition of the AirHelp+ for corporations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand AirHelp’s footprint within corporate HR networks.


Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

  •  Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with HR teams or corporate accounts.
  •  Well-developed network within the HR community.
  •  deep understanding of the HR landscape, with strong insight into the needs and challenges faced by Compensation & Benefits teams.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear, compelling way.
  •  A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  •  Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment.
