On October 11, 2023, airSlate announced the acquisition of Instapage, which is the #1 landing page platform for marketers. This acquisition is a significant part of our long-term strategy, as it will allow us to build, deploy, and optimize landing pages that convert without requiring a developer's assistance.


Instapage is a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to empower marketers to reduce costs, grow conversions, and deliver relevant landing page experiences that increase brand trust, customer loyalty, and conversion rates.


And now, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.


What you'll be working on:

  • Be the internal expert on the Instapage marketing technology stack across tools, integrations, processes, workflows, and data
  • Evaluate, procure, and deploy marketing tools needed to achieve business goals
  • Administer and manage the tools in the marketing technology stack directly and in collaboration with IT, development, and other operations teams
  • Own the technical execution of all marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the various teams to plan, launch and track marketing campaigns across the various tools in the marketing stack
  • Manage the leads database, create and maintain segmentation, implement lead scoring and routing
  • Administer and execute campaigns in our marketing automation platform (currently HubSpot)
  • Own all tool migrations
  • Own the modeling, planning, and weekly tracking of marketing funnel metrics and performance
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across all funnels and share insights regularly with all stakeholders

What we expect from you:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing operations, preferably in a high growth SaaS company with PLG and sales led motions
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot administration
  • Prior experience implementing marketing automation migrations
  • Experience successfully collaborating with a cross-functional team
  • Data driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
