About the Role:
This role is designed for someone who wants to work on the agency side, helping clients achieve better outcomes (KPIs) by leveraging digital experience platforms (DXP). As a strategist and advisor, you will bridge the worlds of marketing and technology, translating business and marketing goals into actionable project roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Partner: Serve as a proactive partner to client marketing teams, understanding their business and marketing objectives and translating them into strategic plans and actionable project roadmaps.
- Lead Strategic Workshops: Facilitate workshops to deeply understand client needs, map out their marketing activities, funnels, and mar-tech ecosystem to develop a digital strategy or project plan that aligns with their goals and objectives.
- Proactive Advisory: Provide proactive recommendations and improvements based on insights gathered during client interactions, workshops, meetings, and team activities, even without direct client requests.
- Hands-on Marketing Advisory: Utilize at least 8 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably digital, with familiarity across various marketing strategies, including marketing automation, personalization, and A/B testing for conversion optimization (CRO).
- Focus on Delivering Results: Focus on driving client success by aligning their marketing goals and KPIs with broader business objectives, ensuring that all activities contribute to measurable and meaningful results.
- Advisory in CMS/DXP: Must have a background in working with CMS/DXP systems to effectively guide clients on how to better implement these technologies for their marketing needs.
- Client-Centric Planning: Collaborate with clients to align their marketing plans and expectations, ensuring that both internal and client teams are aligned to achieve common objectives.
- Utilize Data-Driven Marketing Strategies: Guide clients how to leverage data insights to drive personalized and targeted marketing strategies. Use analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts based on real-time feedback and customer behavior patterns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with substantial hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on achieving measurable results. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus but not required.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of CMS/DXP technologies, their implementation, and how they can be leveraged to drive better marketing outcomes.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to run strategic workshops, define digital strategies, and create actionable plans that align with client objectives.
- Proactivity and Innovation: A proactive approach to client needs, providing solutions and improvements even before being asked with our full support in the areas of technology, analytics, and experience design.
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms: Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms and experience integrating them with other MarTech solutions for cohesive data and campaign management.
