Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Ajust Design — a creative studio working with international clients in private equity, finance, nonprofit, and other business sectors.

This is a role for a designer who combines strong visual taste, precision, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. You’ll work on branding, marketing materials, presentations, reports, websites, and digital assets for sophisticated clients who value clarity, elegance, and high-quality execution.

Ajust Design is a design and web development studio with headquarters in Chicago and Warsaw. We specialize in corporate branding, websites, and marketing materials for the financial sector and other industries.

Our work combines strategic thinking, design excellence, and technical expertise — helping companies communicate their value, tell complex stories clearly, and build strong, lasting brands.

Your Role

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will create high-quality visual solutions across brand, print, presentation, and digital touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Director, Art Directors, Lead Designers, Project Managers, and developers to turn client needs into polished, effective, and visually compelling design work. You’ll be responsible not only for aesthetics, but also for consistency, clarity, usability, and final quality.

You will work on international projects, often for clients in private equity, finance, nonprofit, and B2B sectors.

What you’ll do

• Design high-end marketing and communication materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, brochures, reports, one-pagers, and other business materials.

• Create brand identities, logo concepts, visual systems, key visuals, and brand guidelines.

• Contribute to website and digital design projects by developing visual concepts, art directions, and selected layout elements, ensuring they align with client strategy, brand standards, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Prepare materials for both print and digital delivery.

• Work closely with Lead Designers, Art Director, Project Managers, and developers.

• Translate client briefs and business goals into clear, elegant, and functional design solutions.

• Respond to client feedback with precision and professionalism.

• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

• Support the team in improving design standards, workflows, and internal processes.

Who we’re looking for

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a design studio, branding agency, digital agency, or business-focused creative environment.

• You have a strong portfolio showing branding, digital, presentation, or marketing design projects.

• You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• You can design professional presentations and business materials for demanding audiences.

• You understand typography, layout, composition, branding, web design, and basic UI/UX principles.

• You understand print production and digital delivery workflows.

• You are well-organized and able to manage several projects at the same time without compromising quality.

• You have strong attention to detail and can work effectively with feedback.

• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.

• You are responsible, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote international team.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for financial services, private equity, investment, or B2B clients.

• Experience with pitch books, investor decks, reports, or corporate communication materials.

• Strong PowerPoint design skills.

• Experience collaborating with developers on website implementation.

• Experience working with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

What we offer

• 100% remote role.

• Stable, competitive compensation.

• B2B preferred: 11,000 PLN net + VAT, if applicable.

• Employment contract: 11,000 PLN gross.

• Salary review after 6 months.

• Paid time off starting from 20 days per year for an employment contract, depending on individual entitlement. For B2B cooperation, time-off terms are agreed individually.

Work environment

• We work 100% remotely.

• Communication happens mainly through Slack, and projects are managed in ClickUp with support from Project Managers.

• Working hours: 9:00–18:00 local time, with a midday break.

Important notes

Most of our work is strictly confidential and covered by NDA. Work created for clients belongs to the agency. Selected projects may be used in public portfolios only with prior written approval from the Ajust Design Studio Director.
