What type of people are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who treats AI as a creative partner—not a shortcut.
A designer who already has their own workflow, knows how to move fast, think visually, and turn ideas into polished creatives without constant supervision.

Someone who:

• works independently and takes ownership from concept to final output,

• combines strong design fundamentals with active AI usage in daily production,

• understands digital formats, trends, and what actually performs on social media,

• sees AI as a tool to push creativity further — not replace it,

• is curious, proactive, and constantly testing new ways of creating,

• can balance speed, aesthetics, and consistency across projects.

We value people who bring ideas, not just execution.

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

• Active, daily use of AI tools in creative production (must-have)
  — e.g. Midjourney, Gemini, ChatGPT, Runway or similar

• Strong prompting skills and the ability to consistently achieve high-quality outputs with minimal iterations

• Proven, structured AI workflow for generating graphics, concepts, animations, or video content
  (we’re looking for methods, not just tool familiarity)

• Ability to seamlessly integrate AI into a traditional design process while maintaining strong visual consistency and creative quality

• Experience independently managing the full production process using AI-supported workflows — from concept to final delivery

• Understanding of how to use AI to enhance creativity, speed, and experimentation without losing design quality

• Strong portfolio including examples of high-quality AI static and video creations (must-have!) 

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (our main working tool)

• High level of ownership and ability to work independently end-to-end

• Polish language proficiency minimum C1
  

• Optional but highly appreciated:

  • Experience creating AI-assisted performance creatives for paid social campaigns

  • Interest in emerging AI workflows, automation, and experimental creative tools

• 70-80 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement).

• Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ).
