Marketing Manager (1 year contract)
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned market cluster marketing plans in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. This position is Wroclaw office based, 5 days a week in office, with some international travel required.
The offer would be based on a one‑year employment contract.
Role expectations
In this role, you will…
Translate regional marketing plan to local expectations and needs to drive brand awareness, doctor sign up and growth within OPEX budget including:
Strategy Planning as part of AOP
Adjust regional plans to local market conditions
You will be responsible for marketing execution across multiple countries in the CEBI region
Localize campaign materials
Media planning, including Digital
Driving country Professional Education plans
Local evidence development (publications, KOL and speakers management)
Congress, trade exhibitions planning & organizing
OPEX Budget Management
Build KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) to support execution of the plan.
Proactively represent the market cluster and our customers providing insights and analytics
Use insights and analytics to support execution of the marketing plan
Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan.
What we're looking for
Skills:
Highly Organized
Team player - ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country groups
Be result oriented and flexible, with a strong sense of urgency
Takes initiative / proactive
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong time management and prioritization capabilities
Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills
Fluent in English – English is the working language
Education/Experience:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field
Ideally 4-6 years of proven work experience in Marketing or Brand Management at country level
Industry background in the medical device field, preferably with medical device products
Sales experience in medical devices is an advantage
