About the team
Allegro SMART! was established in 2018 and is now one of the biggest and the highest rated by customers loyalty programmes in Poland. It is simply one of the most exciting projects in the history of Allegro.
Thanks to Allegro SMART! millions of customers have gained access to free deliveries, free returns and many other benefits. And that’s only the beginning! We’re ahead of a period of intense development and innovations, to make the programme even more attractive to our customers and to gain new ones, both in Poland, as well as in the new markets, in which we are now expanding to.
We’re currently looking for a person, who will join our team and co-create this strategic loyalty programme, influencing the directions of Allegro SMART! development and leading key growth initiatives.
What will your job involve?
- You will be part of the analytical team that provides data to support the creation of strategies and directions of action in the area of the Smart! loyalty program
- You will take responsibility for obtaining information and preparing business and operational analyzes on which we will take business actions
- You will be in charge of forecasting the effects of implementing new business solutions, build conclusions and recommendations
- You will create actionable reports and visualizations to monitor ongoing projects
- You will conduct in-depth analysis of product data, including user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics
- You will work closely with product managers to define KPIs and develop metrics for evaluating product success
- You will have access to the latest technologies such as: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, AI Notebooks, Composer), Tableau, Data Studio and more
- You will work hand-in-hand with the business team on developing Smart!
We are looking for people who
- Have a minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a role with high level of independence
- Have the ability to turn data into knowledge and draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Know SQL at a very good level (knowledge of Python will be an advantage)
- Know how to choose data visualization techniques adequate to the problem (knowledge of Tableau/Looker/Power BI will be an advantage)
- Have strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
- Can identify the problem and propose an effective solution
- Are precise, proactive and searching
