Contract type: B2B

Hourly rate: 80 - 120 PLN Net +VAT

Availability: at least 20 hours per week (availability for meetings with clients/teams during standard working hours, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; remaining work can be performed asynchronously)

About the role:

As a Freelance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business goals with digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, developers, and product teams to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure that delivered products create measurable value.

Scope of tasks: 

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Data teams

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews

• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities

• Support product delivery throughout the entire lifecycle

• Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical solutions

What skills and experience do we expect?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in digital/IT/consulting projects)

• Product management or technical background

• Experience in digital product development (web/mobile)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Ability to clearly document requirements (user stories, BPMN/UML, process maps)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Very good command of English, and Polish (spoken and written)

• Proactive mindset and ownership of delivered outcomes

Nice to have:

• Background in consulting, UX research, or data analysis

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Figma

• IIBA certification or similar
