Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Allegro is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities, with a particular focus on influencer campaigns and social media across the Czech and Hungarian markets.

The role involves close collaboration with local partners and agencies (including the agency in Hungary), monitoring market trends, and contributing to the development and implementation of digital communication strategies. Depending on business needs, the role may also support marketing activities in Poland for selected business units, including Allegro Pay, Allegro Smart!, and Allegro Delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

- Planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end digital campaigns, with a focus on influencer marketing and social media initiatives.

- Managing relationships with external agencies and influencers across the CZ and HU markets.

- Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to drive data-led decision-making.

- Supporting the strategic development and implementation of local digital and social media roadmaps.

- Developing content briefs and overseeing the production of high-quality marketing materials.

- Maintaining brand consistency and ensuring unified communication across all local platforms.

- Partnering with internal teams and key business stakeholders to align on project goals.

-3+ years of experience within a marketing agency or an e-commerce environment.

-A proven track record in managing digital marketing, influencer campaigns, social media, and content marketing projects.

-Fluent English (C1) for seamless collaboration in an international business setting.

-Demonstrated experience in leading international marketing initiatives.

-Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

-Creativity and deep understanding of digital trends.

Nice to have:

-Experience working within the HU, CZ, or SK markets.

-A proven track record of collaborating with influencers across European markets.

-Knowledge of Czech or Hungarian.

-Prior participation in cross-border or global marketing projects.
