Your main responsibilities:
Defining, leading execution, and managing the end-to-end pricing strategy for key advertising products, focused on maximizing advertising yield through strategic ROAS management for Advertisers.
Actively challenging the status quo and product owners to identify horizontal, high-impact initiatives aimed at improving financial performance.
Driving the creation, implementation and enhancement of pricing tools that enable effective management of the price levels for selected advertising products.
Co-creating and shaping the future advertising monetization model in the context of ongoing business transformation.
Taking full end-to-end responsibility for the identification, definition, qualification, implementation, and monitoring of selected key revenue improvement initiatives. This also included interim management of initiatives that cannot be served by existing organizational structure (e.g. due to innovation nature).
Proactively managing price levels and securing proper execution of defined action plans to ensure the financial objectives achievement.
Ensuring close cooperation and alignment with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. RGM, Commerce, Tech, Analytics) for pricing & revenue initiatives.
Actively analyzing the competitive landscape and Advertisers feedback to identify opportunities for better goals achievement.
Leading and developing the Advertising Pricing & Revenue Management team, ensuring effective resource allocation and high performance on key strategic objectives.
This is the right job for you if you have:
5+ years of commercial experience in a blue chip FMCG/Retail/e-Commerce company or Top-Tier Consulting organization
Exceptional analytical skills
Strong critical and strategic thinking and resolution in ambiguous situations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo
Experience in directly managing commercial and/or project teams
Strong persuasion and influencing skills
You have hands-on approach
Ability to collaborate and drive alignment on Top Management level
Excellent, structured communication skills and ability to communicate flawlessly in Polish and English
Below will be considered as an additional advantage:
Prior revenue management/pricing experience
Prior e-Commerce experience
Prior advertising experience
