Position Overview: As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Engineering Leader to manage a portfolio of clients. You will play a key role in team development, employee onboarding, and client relationship management. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in engineering management within a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support one-on-one meetings with team members to foster professional growth and address any concerns.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and deliverables, gradually taking on responsibilities for selected clients under supervision.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in engineering management or a related role.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
  • Experience in client relationship management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client meetings and team events.
