Independent Accountant for INTELEK (Freelance B2B/ Full-time contract of employment)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing issued and received invoices – domestic and international, cash register, and bank statements

• Preparing local tax returns (VAT, CIT, PIT, JPK_V7)

• Payroll agenda for up to 5 people (ZUS DRA, PIT-4R)

• Preparing statistical reports and supporting the audit preparation process

• Preparing reports for Central Statistical Office (GUS) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP)

• Assisting in setting up accounting processes

• Communication with Aspra a.s. (our accounting and IT services provider)

• Communication with Tax Offices and Social Insurance Company

Our expectations – who we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Minimum secondary education with an economic focus / certification

• Fluent in Polish + Czech or Polish + English

• Knowledge of double-entry accounting and Polish accounting standards

• Experience with accounting according to current legislation

• Experience with Comarch ERP Optima

• Knowledge of Saldeo, Asseco, and Helios is an advantage

• Strong skills in MS Excel, including lookup functions

• Organizational skills and logical thinking

• Independence and ability to manage your own work
