Our primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.
The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.
Role Overview
You will manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention. Your focus will be on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinating with delivery teams, and monitoring service quality . You will act as the main point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication and resolving issues promptly. This role is about building trust, driving incremental growth, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and Altimi.
Key responsibilities
Identify and engage with client’s stakeholders to understand their needs, build trust, discuss ongoing collaboration.
Manage assigned accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify and develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor SLA compliance and coordinate with Delivery Manager.
Proactively address issues and maintain excellent client experience.
Develop and close sales opportunities.
Build and manage a netwok of clients
Build and manage a network of client, internal, supplier, and partner relationships.
Create and manage account plans an, including market and competitor analysis.
Drive proposal development in partnership with delivery team.
Represent Altimi in contractual, delivery, and commercial discussions.
Manage CRM pipeline and prepare key month-end reports.
Requirements
5 years of experience in account management and IT services sales.
Strong sales skills, including negotiation, upselling, and consultative selling.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to take on responsibility and work towards measurable targets.
Professional proficiency in English, German is desirable.
