About the role:

In this role, you’ll own the design process, creating stunning and functional designs that align with client’s visions and brand goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Marketing Manager, Developers, and clients to bring ideas to life—whether it’s designing a visually striking website, creating a user-friendly interface, or crafting eye-catching social media graphics.

From wireframes to final designs, your work will shape how users interact with some of the most innovative and ambitious businesses out there.

What you’ll do:

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes which effectively communicate ideas,
• Create visually stunning and well thought out websites, online shops, and other digital experiences, including banners, typography, and color schemes,
• Design social media materials that align with brand guidelines,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, hosting workshops, and guiding the design process,
• Occasionally create logos, identity manuals, and materials related to Corporate Identity.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design for web projects, ideally based on WordPress and Shopify,
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and attention to detail,
• Previous expertise and excellent knowledge of Figma,
• Familiarity with modern design trends and responsive design principles,
• Understanding of the technical limits of WordPress (Shopify knowledge is a plus) and ability to adjust the designs accordingly,
• Effective communication (both Polish and English) and experience in talking with clients,
• Are creative, well-organized and independent,
• Have your own initiative, but can also call yourself a team player who thrives on feedback,
  
• Ready to work in hybrid mode in Wrocław (1 remote day/ week).

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge of frontend coding,
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.

How the process looks like:

You’ll meet our CEO and UX/UI Designer during two separate meetings. We may ask you to complete a small task in the duration of the process.
