Our company was established 4 years ago in Rzeszów, where during the pandemic we acquired our first clients and created a crisis-resistant organization. We provide back office support to US clients who are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join their teams. Our services cover a wide range of industries, including logistics, customer service, recruiting, insurance, accounting, finance, and more. Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordination of the logistics processes
• Managing an assigned fleet of vehicles and a group of drivers
• Shipment monitoring and collaboration with drivers
• Monitoring of driver safety, including hours of work and hours of rest
• Assurance of compliance with transportation regulations
• Collaboration with other company departments for smooth logistics operations
• Resolving ongoing logistics issues
• Maintaining good relationships with drivers
• Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Handling current orders
• Managing transportation-related documentation

Our requirements: 

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to enable smooth and fluent communication with English-speaking clients – a must
• Experience in the logistics industry - at least 1 year managing a fleet of trucks
• Knowledge of computer operation and MS Office suite
• The ability to build a positive relationship with the drivers

• Punctuality and a high level of work culture
• Availability to work in evening hours: 2PM - 11PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
