You:
You have at least 4 years of experience independently running IT recruitment – you know end-to-end processes and how to reach the best candidates
You know the IT industry well – key technologies, tools, positions, and roles in IT projects are no mystery to you
Your English is good enough that you communicate freely and can verify candidates' language skills
You're autonomous and well-organized – you can prioritize tasks and goals, you don't need micromanagement
You take initiative and focus on solutions, not problems

You have a way with words – writing messages and content comes naturally to you
Your responsibilities:
Recruitment end-to-end (this is your main area)
You'll independently run the entire recruitment process – from sourcing candidates (sourcing, job ads, referral program), through screening and coordinating technical interviews, to extending offers and closing contracts
You'll actively reach out to passive candidates – we count on your creativity and resourcefulness in finding great people (we use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and other channels)
You'll recruit for developer positions (.NET, Angular, React, iOS, Android), as well as QA, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and UX/UI Designers
You'll build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive Candidate Experience – from first contact through onboarding
You'll support the onboarding of new team members – helping them settle in smoothly
Collaboration and daily life in HR
You'll work closely with the People Team (HR & Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, Team Leader) and Hiring Managers
You'll participate in Recruitment Weekly (Mondays) and Recruitment Daily (Tuesday – Friday) with Line and Delivery Managers – these are our daily priority syncs
You'll use Traffit (our ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
You'll have freedom to act – we give you a lot of autonomy, which means responsibility for results and real impact on how we recruit

Remote or hybrid work – we use a coworking space in the center of Wrocław where we like to meet, but you can work remotely most of the time
Flexible hours – core hours 10:00-15:00, you arrange the rest to suit yourself
For people outside Wrocław: team meetings once a quarter (Retro & Planning)
