Administration Specialist with Foreign Language

Work model: hybrid/remote

Level: Junior, Mid, Senior

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Working as part of team who support the business and offer suggestions to improve the processes
  • Providing internal multi-functional support
  • Contact with clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, deliveries
  • Preparation of e-documents

 

Employer requirements

  • Fluent in English (min. B2 level)
  • Proficient in speaker of one of: Hungarian / German / Dutch / Romanian / French / Czech / Slovak / Italian / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish / Finnish 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Specialist is very welcomed

  • Knowledge of SAP
