Location: Sosnowiec

We work: Hybrid (3 times per week from the office)

Contract of employment: full-time

Level: Junior/Mid

AP Accountant with Italian 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating emails in the Accounts Payable department
  • Verifying and posting purchasing documents
  • Participating in the process of closing accounting periods
  • Email and phone communication with suppliers in English and Italian
  • Collaborating with internal departments in the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process
  • Contact with internal and external auditors

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
  • At least 6 months of professional experience in Accountancy
  • Good command of English and Italian (at least B2 level) 
  • Proactivity and process improvement orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
