We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee financial and accounting operations, including document posting and verification in Symfonia, supervising document circulation, and maintaining fixed asset records. You will also be responsible for reconciling balances, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities:
- Posting and supervising posting of documents in the financial and accounting system Symfonia, as well as verification of these documents from the accounting point of view,
- supervision of the circulation of financial and accounting documents,
- keeping records of fixed assets,
- completion and verification of documents from the formal and accounting point of view,
- entering and supervising the entry of transfers into the banking system,
- current and periodic verification and reconciliation of balances of accounting accounts, settlements, registers,
- participation in the preparation of financial statements, reports for tax and management purposes, monthly balance sheets and income statements.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Symfonia accounting system (must have),
- a minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting department of a service company,
- familiarity with the provisions of the Accounting Act, CIT Act, Act on VAT.
