AR Accountant (Cash Application) with English

AR Accountant (Cash Application) with English
Responsibilities:
Post customer payments received through bank transfers, lockbox files, and other payment methods
Match payments to invoices and customer accounts
Investigate and clear unapplied or unclear payments
Reconcile received cash on a daily and monthly basis
Process customer refunds when overpayments occur
Communicate with internal teams to clarify payment details
Support month-end closing activities
Handle requests and issues submitted through ServiceNow
Take part in process transitions and knowledge transfers
Assist with audits and provide required information
Support the team with ad hoc tasks and improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application
Advanced English proficiency
Strong command of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work in a hybrid model as a full-time employee in a Kraków city-center office
Experience with Oracle finance systems is an advantage
